Jeremy and Christie Leggo are Professional Property and Casualty Independent Claims Adjusters licensed in 2023 by the Texas Department of Insurance and hold other various states licenses. The Leggo’s have developed an extensive background in multiple areas of claims handling and disaster recovery with emphasis on Field Adjuster, Commercial Loss, Fire Loss, Foreclosure Assessments, Personal Property, Landlord, Manufactured, Mobile Home, Catastrophe, Large Loss and Supplement claims.
The Leggo’s have a wide range of assignments behind them varying from personal property (contents) inspections, residential assessments, and commercial inspection, reinspection and quality assurance. They have achieved industry standard certifications for: State Farm IA Policy and Estimatics, All State, Two-Story Steep/Harness and Rope Team, Xactimate Level 3, and extensive knowledge with Symbility.
The Leggo’s broad background and experiences have given them excellent time management skills. Throughout their career, they have forged lasting relationships with their vendors and clients. From these experiences, this allows them the ability to rapidly establish an exceptional working relationship with the professional community and IA agencies.
Prior to becoming Independent Claims Adjuster in 2023, Mr. Leggo was an Unlimited Licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee building over 1000 homes in the metropolitan and surrounding areas. Mrs. Leggo became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2021, before her real estate career she worked as a Senior Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
The Leggo’s reside in Old Hickory Tennessee and actively travel the country inspecting wide ranges of insurance losses and catastrophic events.
